Lyners Consulting Engineers(Lyners) is an independent consulting engineering practice established on 1 March 1999 in Paarl.
The practice offers comprehensive consulting - and project management services mainly in municipal infrastructure, housing, industrial and general civil engineering projects which includes investigations, feasibility studies, planning, design, documentation and contract administration.
A second office was established in May 2000 in Bellville.
The two offices work in close liaison with each other, making available to or drawing from the combined resources, expertise, personnel and equipment that is available.
