Being prepared to interrogate ourselves, not just to remain relevant, but to lead the way, Lyners in 2015 embarked on a rigorous process of restructuring, involving all our staff. The mission was, amongst others, to inculcate our corporate culture and image, our raison d’être, and articulating our behaviours and values. This ultimately manifested in the systems and processes of our organisation.
