Management
Neil Lyners Pr Eng Pr CPM FSAICE is the managing principal of the practice with more than 21 years applicable experience. He obtained his degree in Civil Engineering at UCT in 1985 and except for a short period in the construction industry, has spent the past 19 years in the consulting engineering environment.
Mario Filippi Pr Eng Pr CPM MSAICE, a member since January 2001, obtained his B Eng degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Stellenbosch in 1992 and has spent the past 14 years working in the consulting engineering environment. During this period, he obtained the degree of B Eng (Hons) (Water) at the University of Pretoria on a part time basis.
Fred Laker Pr Tech Eng Pr CPM MSAICE joined the practice in November 2001 and is a member since March 2003. He has extensive experience in both Civil Engineering Contracting and Consulting.
Personnel
LYNERS currently employs a number of professional engineers, engineers, professional technologists, professional technicians, technologists, technicians, administrative assistants and support personnel. From humble beginnings in 1999, the practice has grown to a staff complement of just less that 20 in its seventh year of service.
