Neil Lyners & Associates (RF) (Pty) Ltd, generally known as LYNERS, is a privately owned consulting engineering and project management practice with offices in Western, Southern and Northern Cape.
Lyners strives to establish a footprint throughout South Africa.
The company, established in 1999, provides consulting and project management services in bulk and public sector infrastructure, recreational and educational facilities, resorts and housing development projects. In this regard Lyners has concluded contracts with all spheres of Government and the private sector, mainly in the Western Cape. Some projects however had been executed outside the borders of South Africa, notably in the Republic of Chad and Lesotho.
