The project entailed the restoration and alterations to the “Historic Samuals Building” on the campus to house luxury single/double room accommodation for course delegates. This challenging project required the use of heritage type construction techniques, mixed with modern technology to achieve the desired luxury outcome and functionality. Of interest was the “rescue of the historic pumphouse ruins” and the conversion of this dilapidated building to a beautiful modern day Chapel. Adjoining this Chapel an organic “Reflection Pool” was constructed to enhance the tranquility of setting.
